The registration fee should be according to the options selected on the registration form.

After payment is made, it is mandatory to send the bank slip to optimisticsuburbia2.lisbon2021@gmail.com to complete your registration. The bank slip must clearly state the name of the participant (it might be handwritten), as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. A receipt will be sent to you at short notice.

Please Note:

Registration is mandatory for all participants.

In case the participant does not attend the conference, payment will not be refunded and there will not be a declaration of presence. Moreover, a full paper (optional) will not be published in the Proceedings of the conference. 

The registration fee does not include domestic transport or accommodation.

​All bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant.

​REMEMBER: This will be an online, face-to face or hybrid conference.

 

​DEVOLUTIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

​

Fee devolutions due to participation withdrawal will only be possible if requested before 30 May 2021.​

Reimbursement of excessive payments will be processed until 19 July 2021.
